Saturday @ The Pelican!

Chef Mike has put together a few fantastic specials today.  For lunch we are featuring the Bison Burger, 8 oz. bison and angus beef patty topped with Arcadian lettuce, tomato, red onion, American cheese and finished with a black pepper aioli on a salted pretzel bun.  Tonight’s dinner special is a 6 oz. Atlantic salmon over wild rice with asparagus and Ruby Red shrimp finished with a blood orange balsamic reduction.  Intuition I-10 west coast IPA is on special for two more days until we switch to our new beer of the month, Coppertail Freedive IPA.  The Pelican Sunset Punch is only $7 so come get a seat and watch another gorgeous sunset from the Pelican Perch.  Cheers!
