It’s another beautiful day and the classic cars are on their way. Concours d’elegance 2017 is a day away but we are already feeling the effects of one of the biggest car shows in the world. We are ready to rock here at the pelican and we hope you are too. We’ve got excellent Chesapeake Bay oysters being shucked, fresh corvina being filleted and as always some of the best shrimp in the world being pulled out of our own waterways. Our beer features are Barley Mow’s Quackalope IPA from Tampa and First Magnitude’s Vega Blonde from Gainesville, both at $4 today. The prime rib is marinating for our Thursday night special. It’s a 14oz. prime rib, cooked to perfection, served au jus with garlic whipped potatoes and creamy horseradish sauce for $18.
