Prime Rib Night @ TSP!

Hello again pelican fans.  We’ve got a lot going on at the Pelican today starting with our cheesecurd stuffed burger.  An eight oz. patty stuffed with bacon cheese curds topped with Cheddar cheese, Arcadian lettuce, tomato and finished with a cracked pepper and sea salt aioli.  Our drink of the day is the Ruby Red Paloma which is Patron Silver tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and ruby red grapefruit juice.  Our two feature beers today are coming from our friends over at First Magnitude in Gainesville.  We have their Wakulla Hefeweizen and Vega Blonde both at $4 today.  Tonight is prime rib night, a 14oz. perfectly cooked steak served au jus with garlic smashed potatoes.  Two Dudes from Texas will have the place rocking starting at 7pm.  NCAA men’s basketball resumes tonight and there will be another beautiful sunset at 7:38 tonight.  There are plenty of reasons to come down and hang out with your favorite servers and bartenders, see you tonight! #thesaltypelican #FMbrewing #firstmagnitudebrewing
