Happy Monday!

Well it may not be a picture perfect day out there but it’s still a lot better than the two feet of snow our northern counterparts are dealing with.  Chef Mike has a delicious lunch special working today.  It is a slow roasted Mojo pork loin being pulled apart and then smothered with our housemade bourbon bbq sauce, spicy coleslaw and pickles on a garlic toasted bun.  We’re trying out a new dessert, a southern sweet buttermilk pie topped with caramel sauce and whipped cream.  Today’s beer specials are Sierra Nevada’s Tropical Torpedo and First Magnitude’s Vega Blonde, both at $4.  Our drink of the day, and one of our features of the month, is the Absolut Lime Vojito.  If the clouds part it could be an epic sunset tonight at 7:34pm, cheers!
