Lots going on today and this weekend. To start we are serving our must have prime rib sandwich for lunch today. Sauteed onions, Swiss cheese, home made horseradish mayo, soo good!! For dinner, Chef Mike is working hard on a slow braised short rib with jalapeno gravy and sour cream and chive mashed potatoes, all served with a side of fresh seasonal veggies!!
